We are fortunate to have a full team of community staff who are working within the surgery to provide care and services for our patients. This team includes Midwives, Health Visitors, District Nurses, Community Matrons, Community Support Teams and counselling services

Our Practice Manager is responsible for all aspects of the management of the surgery, the premises and staff. Simon works in conjunction with the GP partners to ensure we provide a quality service to patients who are registered at the practice. Jenny Stone

Our Assistant Practice Manager is Jenny Stone. Jenny is responsible for the administration and secretarial functions of the surgery. She also works alongside the Practice Manager and Reception Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the surgery.

Michelle Harris

Our Reception Manager is responsible for the management of the Reception area which is operated by our team of Patient Care Co-ordinators. Michelle works closely with the GP Partners, Practice Management, Nursing Team and attached staff to ensure that the surgery is adequately staffed to care for patient needs. She is also involved with Safeguarding and End Of Life/Palliative Care at the surgery and works with the GP leads.

Administration Team

We have a team of administrators and secretaries who are working behind the scenes to ensure the efficient running of the surgery. They carry out registrations and deductions of patients, referrals, scanning of paperwork, post, typing, recalls of patients and the processing claims amongst their varied and important work. They are led by the Assistant Practice Manager.

Patient Coordinators

Our Patient Coordinators are here to help all of our patients to ensure their healthcare needs are met when access to the surgery is needed. Their responsibilities include telephone call handling, appointment booking, prescription administration, scanning of documentation to patient's medical record and other associated duties. They are fully trained in the practice to undertake these responsibilities and do so under the guidance and direction of our Reception Manager. Like all staff they are bound by our practice confidentiality policy and appreciate the sensitivity of the work that they do.
