We always try to provide a service, to our patients, that meets their needs and expectations. Sometimes, a patient may feel that something has gone wrong or their experience has not matched those expectations. At this time, they may wish to make a complaint. Many issues can be resolved there and then but some patients may wish to make a more formal approach to the surgery. We take all complaints seriously.
